The Sapporo official document management regulations

We established the Sapporo official document management regulations on June 13, 2012 and promulgated.

We set rule to have these regulations save important thing (specific important official document) in municipal administration among official documents that appropriate management of official document and preservation period expired permanently and use toward the citizen widely.
